From my early childhood years, I have always had a passion and drive for sport and fitness. I represented my county in handball at underage level and had a successful junior soccer career in Clare for over 15 seasons.
I qualified as a Neuromuscular Physical Therapist in 2009, which began my journey to founding The MET Trainer in 2016.
At The MET Trainer, I help people step outside their comfort zones and build healthy, enjoyable routines through mindset, eating, and training.
From coaching sessions to school talks, I promote real, sustainable health — with movement, food, and mental fitness that actually fits your life.
When you train your Mind, fuel your body through Eating, and move with intention through Training, you MET-FORM your life — from the inside out.
