MET Group Fitness Classes

MET Group Fitness Classes cater for everyone, as exercises are modified for Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced levels of fitness.

MET Group Fitness Classes allow you to exercise with like-minded people, make new friends, become part of a community, have fun and laughs, all the while being challenged in MET designed branded workouts – no two classes are the same! There are no mirrors at a MET Group Fitness Class, and egos are left at the door!

Our functional training helps you to move better, resulting in increased functional capacity to live a more fulfilling life, with increased fitness levels. MET Group Fitness Classes motivate you in a positive manner and encourage you to become the best version of yourself.

MET Group Fitness Classes are NOT your standard bootcamp type of training. As a qualified Physical Therapist, Noel provides a focused approach and advice on injury prevention in all MET Group Fitness Classes. You can train at your own pace, and you can take as many rest periods as you need (promise!).

We have both morning and evening classes available throughout the week, in two convenient locations: Sixmilebridge GAA Hall and Kilmurry Community Centre.
