MET Active Agers Group Exercise Classes aim to improve fitness, health, strength and flexibility, enhance balance and coordination, decrease pain, prevent falls and achieve a feeling of wellbeing to live life to its full potential.
Classes are focussed towards Active Agers (over 55’s), Seniors and the Elderly, and the majority of exercises can be performed seated or standing.
MET Active Agers Group Exercise Classes allow you to exercise with like-minded people, make new friends, become part of a community, have some fun and get more out of life each day!
You can train at your own pace, and you can take as many rest periods as you need (promise!). There are no mirrors at a MET Active Agers Group Exercise Class, and egos are left at the door!
Classes take place two mornings a week in the Kilmurry Community Centre.
