At The MET Trainer, mindset is one of the core principles of lasting transformation. Through Mindset Coaching, we use practical tools from mindfulness, CBT, and positive psychology to help you reduce stress, stop overthinking, and build clarity, confidence, and calm.

This isn’t therapy — it’s mental fitness coaching, designed to help you feel in control of your thoughts, emotions, and habits.

The MET Mindset 6-Week Plan (structured group)

A 6-week mindset training program based on mindfulness, CBT, and positive psychology — designed to help you think clearly, respond calmly, and feel stronger in everyday life.

You’ll learn how to manage stress, reduce anxiety, reframe negative thought patterns, and build lasting habits that support your mental and emotional wellbeing.


1:1 Mindset Coaching (Personalised Coaching Sessions)

Personalised and tailored mindset coaching based on your goals, habits, and challenges to help you calm your mind, shift your thinking, and feel back in control. Through 1:1 Mindset Coaching, I work with you to reduce stress, anxiety and overwhelm, build confidence, and create thought and behaviour patterns that support the life you want.
