We offer 1:1 consultations in these areas, which can be done face-to-face or remotely.

Dee Collins – Nutrition & Health Coach

Dee’s path to Nutrition & Health Coaching started with a degree in Biomedical Science followed by a Master’s in Health Promotion. Following 13+ years working in Global Clinical Trials, Dee continued her studies to become a Nutrition and Health Coach and further studied to specialise in the areas of Fertility, Perimenopause and Sports and Exercise Performance Nutrition. Dee has a specific interest in nutrition for the promotion of Gut Health, Fertility Optimisation (male and female) and Perimenopause.

  • Sports and Exercise Nutrition – The Health Sciences Academy

Types of Nutrition Consultations

1. Weight Loss Consultations

We will carry out a full review of your current diet, advise on nutritional changes, and coach and educate you on food choices, calorie counting, portion control and food labels, while blending all of these in a format that you will be able to understand and implement into your daily life on a long-term basis.

2. Nutrition and Lifestyle Consultations for Optimal Fertility (Women only or Couples)

Our Women’s 1:1 Fertility Consultation will work to optimise fertility for clients by:

  • Improving menstrual symptoms and conditions including: PCOS, Endometriosis and Hypothalamic Amenorrhea.
  • Regulation of menstruation 
  • Preparation for conception (improve egg quality and overall reproductive health) 
  • Enhancing nutrition to support a growing embryo during pregnancy and post-partum

Our Couple’s Fertility Consultations will work with couples to optimise egg and sperm quality in preparation for conception. For couples trying to conceive, the focus will be on Nutrition and Lifestyle changes to support conception and a healthy pregnancy.

3. Nutrition and Lifestyle Consultations for Perimenopause

1:1 consultations involve a thorough review of current Nutrition, Lifestyle and factors such as Stress, Blood Sugar Balancing, Gut Health, Thyroid Health and Immune System optimisation to improve symptoms and quality of life during Perimenopause.

4. Sports and Performance Nutrition Consultations

Book a 1:1 consultation to enhance your pre and post exercise nutrition. Dee will work with you to develop a fuelling strategy for before, during and after exercise. This will help you during training and competition to achieve your full potential in your discipline of sport.

5. Gut Health Consultations

Work with Dee to learn how to enhance the health of your gut microbiome and improve symptoms you may have due to intestinal conditions like Ulcerative Colitis, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Diverticulitis, Crohn’s or Celiac Disease.
